Here's what happens to most women after 30
- You eat less and train more, and somehow you're getting softer. The stubborn belly fat hasn't moved in years.
- You're tired in a way coffee doesn't fix. 3pm crashes, broken sleep, and a body that feels like a stranger the week before your period.
- You've done the challenges, the macros, the 5am classes. You start again every Monday and quit by Thursday.
The old fixes are keeping you stuck
And the frustrating part is that you're doing what you were told.
A tired, over-trained, under-fed body holds on to fat. Pushing harder makes it hold on tighter.
So I looked at what changed for the women I've worked with who finally got their bodies back.
They all changed one thing
They stopped fighting their bodies and started training, eating and resting in step with their own cycle, with someone reading their body alongside them.
Notice something? The tape measure moved more than the scale. When your body stops running on stress, it lets go of fat and builds shape at the same time.
One kilo on the scale. A different body.
Waist, stomach and posture changed month after month, with the scale moving just 1 kg.
